More than a building, a meeting, an organization, or a Sunday. We are a diverse group of people who have found community through our common faith in Jesus Christ. We strive to worship God with all we've got and spread the gospel to all people through every aspect of our lives.

Tim White | Senior Pastor
Tim has served as Pastor since 1987. For those of you not sharp with math skills, that's 36 years of service! He has a masters in divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary, and has published three books: Sovereign Choice, Free To Love, and The Portal. He and his wife Mary have 3 daughters, 3 son-in-laws, and 6 grand-daughters, and 2 grandsons!
Brian Davis | Family Pastor
Brian has served as full-time Youth Pastor since July 2010. He has served as worship leader since 2020. He has a marketing and logistics degree from The Ohio State University, and a Masters degree in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. Brian and Amy have three children, Camille, Micah, and Clara.
Preston Johnson | Church Administrator
Preston joined our staff in 2021. He has been a member of the Fairfield FBC family for 42 years! He has the best organizational fortitude of any human, this side of the Mississippi. He and His wife Julie have one son, David, and daughter-in-law Victoria, and grandson Brooks.
Mike Johnson | Church Bookkeeper
Mike joined our staff in 2021. His background in finance and mortgages have helped him transform our church finances into a well-oiled, transparent, and accurate accounting as we seek to be good steward of God’s money.
Carol Rice | Custodial Captain
Oh captain, my captain. Carol and her husband Ken have been heading up the hard work it takes to keep our building clean since 2010.
